Cottage on Riedl, beautiful secluded location, mountain views

Spacious cottage for 8 people in a secluded location, about 6 km from the village center Siegsdorf away, on the mountain at 750m altitude offers a unique view of the Chiemgau mountains to the Chiemsee. The house is a quiet oasis with panoramic views over the Chiemgau. You can expect a fully renovated and comfortable 150 m2 holiday home on two levels, on a large-not fenced-plot.

GROUND FLOOR - living room
Large light-filled living room with mountain views and access to the terrace has a 55 "flat screen satellite TV + BlueRay / DVD player, stereo compact system, Wi-Fi included and a cozy couch landscape. There are also various board games for young and old and a colorful bookshelf for browsing.

GROUND FLOOR - kitchen and dining area
Cook and enjoy in the fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 people. Facilities include u. a. Floor heating, dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and coffee maker. Tea towels, dish soap, tabs, baking paper, filter bags, kitchen roll, trash bags and spices are also included. A high chair is available on request.

GROUND FLOOR - bath
The completely renovated bathroom has a bathtub, barierrefreie shower with rain shower, toilet, vanity and mirror cabinet, hair dryer, towel warmer and underfloor heating. Upon arrival is per person a towel and a bath towel ready. Toilet paper, facial tissues, various cosmetics, first aid kit and hand soap are also provided.

GROUND FLOOR - bedroom 1
The cozy bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200cm), a large closet with safe and access to the terrace with blind.

GROUND FLOOR - bedroom 2
The small bedroom 2 has two single beds (90x200cm), a large closet and a great view of the mountains. You will also find many games for the kids.

UPPER FLOOR - bedroom 3
The bedroom 3 has a double bed (180x200cm) with integrated lighting, a wardrobe, underfloor heating, a skylight and a small corner seat for max. 6 people for a comfortable stay or as a retreat.

UPPER FLOOR - bedroom 4
The bedroom 4 has a double bed (180x200cm) with integrated lighting, a wardrobe, two windows with blinds and great views. There are also two comfortable armchairs to read or relax in.

UPPER FLOOR - bath
The newly renovated bathroom has underfloor heating, towel warmer, a sink, shower (with rain shower) and toilet, hair dryer and a lighted mirror.

Further equipment
lockable garage (not suitable for bus, too low, max. VW Caddy!) and parking at the house, lockable side room for skis or bicycles, sheltered terrace with barbecue with grill accessories!, Playground and lawn with play tower with swing and slide for the little ones, an outdoor games box and six deck chairs. Washing machine and iron / ironing board are available in the basement.

There are shops in Siegsdorf (6km), in the idyllic town of Traunstein (11km) with weekly market, in Salzburg (35km) or in Rosenheim (50km) or Munich (100km). You will certainly find great destinations in any weather.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Einrichtung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, Bücher, Spiele, Spühlmittel, usw. alles sehr gut eingerichtet. Man wurde über alles sehr gut informiert, Inventar, Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant. Herrliche Aussicht in beide Richtungen. Richtig zum erholen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und würden wieder kommen, wenn wir eine größere Gruppe sind.

Es ist ein tolles Haus auf dem Land, welches auch für Selbstversorger sehr gut geeignet ist.Wir waren mit zwei Familien (vier Erwachsene, drei Jugendliche) insgesamt zu siebt dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Vielen Dank!

Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den allabendlichen Sonnenuntergang. Im sehr gepflegten großen Haus findet man alles was für einen sorglosen Urlaub nötig ist, inklusive einer Liegewiese mit Relaxliegen hinterm Haus. Wir wurden von sehr netten Vermietern empfangen, die uns einige sehr gute Tipps für die Versorgung geben konnten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Aufenthalt abseits des Trubels

Wer Ruhe zum Abschalten braucht, aber dennoch sportlich aktiv (Wandern, Radfahren, Schwimmen) sein möchte ist hier goldrichtig. Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft mit zauberhaften Sonnenauf- und Untergängen. Genügend Platz für Familien bzw. größere Gruppen. Es ist sicherlich nicht unser letzter Urlaub im Alpenvorland ;-)

Alles perfekt

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Man muss sich quasi nur um die Verpflegung kümmern. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist toll. Man kann schöne Spaziergänge auch mit Kleinkindern unternehmen. In der näheren Umgebung wird allerhand an Ausflugszielen geboten. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super schönen Urlaub dort.

Urlaub in Bayern

Wir haben zum ersten Mal Urlaub in Bayern gemacht und können mit Freude berichten, dass es eine sehr schöne Gegend ist. Da wir gern wandern und auch Fahrrad fahren, waren wir hier genau richtig. Wasser, Ebene, die Berge der Alpen, was will man mehr! Unser Ferienhaus war sehr gut gelegen, war sehr gut ausgestattet, u.a. in der Küche als auch mit der Technik im ganzen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus hat genau dem entsprochen, was wir erwartet bzw. erhofft hatten. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Familienurlaub in der Natur

Das Ferienhaus am Riedl befindet sich in ruhiger, ganz ausgezeichneter Lage. Man sieht in Richtung Norden den Chiemsee und in Richtung Süden das Steinerne Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in bestem Zustand und sehr gemütlich. die Kinder und wir Erwachsenen haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man viele bekannte Ausflugsziele zwischen Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden und Salzburg innerhalb einer Stunde. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ausgesprochen nett. Familie Albrecht ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihr Ferienhaus können wir Reisenden aller Altersgruppen nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage!

Wir waren in den Herbstferien als Familie (3 Generationen) in dem Haus zu Gast. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für Ruhesuchende und Wanderer/Spaziergänger. Durch die Alleinlage ist es sehr ruhig und man ist schnell auf diversen Wanderwegen. Um in den nächsten Ort für z.B. den Einkauf zu kommen, ist ein Auto notwendig. Das Haus ist modern und neu eingerichtet, und hat eine sehr gute Zimmeraufteilung, d.h. einen großen Flur mit viel Platz für Schuhe und Jacken, drei sehr schöne und große Schlafzimmer sowie ein "Kinderzimmer", zwei Bäder, einen schönen Wohnraum mit großem Fernseher und eine sehr schöne und bestens ausgestattete Küche mit modernen Elektrogeräten. Im Keller stehen noch Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück ist groß und von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick in die Landschaft. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und jederzeit kontaktierbar. Wir können das Haus insofern weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren für 1 Woche als 3-Generationenfamilie hier. Es stimmte von A bis Z einfach alles. Wir fanden eine sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche vor, die wirklich keine Wünsche offen ließ. Vor allem ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, was nicht in jedem Ferienhaus üblich ist, Eine supergemütliche Couchgarnitur, die auch tatsächlich Platz für uns 8 bot. Die Badezimmer waren top, die Betten sehr bequem, die Gartenmöbel klasse. Die Kinder haben sich über Rutsche und Schaukel gefreut. WLAN funktionierte zuverlässig. Der abendliche Blick auf die sonnenbeschienenen Berge- wir haben es genossen. Das Haus war supersauber und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter Kontakt, problemlose Abwicklung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wie Nachhause kommen

Die Woche im Ferienhaus am Riedl war für die ganze Familie eine wunderschöne Zeit. Alle hatten ein wunderschönes und geräumiges Zimmer und das Wohnzimmer und die Wohnküche waren beliebte Räume und sich gemeinsam aufzuhalten und/oder Gesellschaftsspiele zu machen miteinander. Eigentlich wie Nachhause kommen. Eine sehr unkomplizierte Übernahme und Abgabe des Ferienhauses rundete die Ferien gar ab. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, überaus hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Danke für die tolle Zeit.
