Warmth and friendliness are therefore your constant companions in our family business.
You can expect a detached cottage in a quiet, central TOP location with unobstructed mountain views for up to 9 people on 190sqm living space.

Whether as a couple, with your family or with friends - you will be amazed.

Our holiday home has 5 bedrooms, each with 3 double rooms with TV, one with infrared cabin, 1 twin room and 1 single room.
Rundumbalkon with mountain view included!

On the ground floor is the spacious living room with fireplace, large dining table and couch in the modern alpine lifestyle.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Our well-kept garden has 3 covered terraces with sun loungers, sitting areas, etc. to relax. For your children we have attached a playground with trampoline and play tower.
On request children's equipment with cot, high chair, etc.
Your car can be parked free of charge in the hotel's own double garage.
In winter, this is heated and offers storage space for your ski equipment.

Perfect location. Spectacular views.

Well-appointed chalet, very comfortable beds, all the amenities you need, complete kitchen, and private. Great for families. On one side of the chalet is the lilting symphony of sheep bells wafting across the meadow; the majestic, snow-mottled Zugspitze peaks on the other. Breathtaking. We would stay here again.

Overall, it is a beautiful property. There were lots of things for our little one to play with outside, the walkability to the restaurants and shops was great. The house, the views and the sheep bells, particularly, were our favorites. There were a few things i wish had been specifically mentioned in house description, like the city tax you have to pay upon coming and that its 40 to use the washer and dryer. Not small fees. Had iknow this, I'd have chosen differently.

Beautiful setting at the foot of the Zugspitze

This was our second stay there. The house is at a beautiful location. It is a beautiful house. Although this time it was a bit tired and not as clean as the first time. I understand you can’t always check everything and spiderwebs are normal when you open all windows and let fresh air in. Would be better if at check in it would be splendidly clean. We did enjoy the walking and the mountains

Incredible views of the alps and the Zugspitz from the yard and most rooms. Large master bedroom and master bath, ample room in the 2nd bedroom along with its bathroom. 3rd bedroom downstairs was a bit cramped for our 6' 3'" son and he had to use one of the showers upstairs. It had advertised a washer/dryer on the HomeAway page and we had planned on using it as we only brought enough clothes for 5 days (this was day 5 of a 10 day trip). There were no toiletries at all. Most of the places we stayed at least had soap and tissues. There were also no spices at all in the kitchen. Those were minor inconveniences and I would gladly go back in a second. Kathrin, the owner, was very welcoming and lived next door. She also spoke very good English. There was an unexpected fee of 37.50 Euros that we could only pay in cash when we checked out. This was for a "local tax". We had not encountered this at our other locations.

sehr, schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, auch das Wetter war hervorragend sonnig. Um die Ecke der Ferienwohnung gibt es für Hundebesitzer eine kleine Gassirunde, die direkt im Grünen liegt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt allgemein in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und ist sowohl für Familien ohne und mit Kindern und für Familien mit Hund geeignet. Die Zugspitzbahn ist fußläufig in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefüllt.Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und hochwertig eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist einzigartig: Direkter Blick auf die Zugspitze, absolute Ruhe und idealer Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Ausflüge.Auch unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Etwaige Fragen konnten mit der Gastgeberin schnell und unkompliziert direkt geklärt werden.

Wundervolle Tage in der Alpenperle!

Wir haben mit sieben Leute einige Tage in der Alpenperle verbracht und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts, da alles vorhanden ist, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und es lädt zum Verweilen ein. Hier wird der Wohlfühlfaktor ganz groß geschrieben und auf jedes Detail geachtet, denn die Einrichtung harmoniert und es ist alles sehr modern und gemütlich. Die Vermieterin ist zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und kümmert sich mit Liebe um ihr Haus und um sämtliche Anliegen, mit denen man sich an sie wendet. Der kleine Ort Grainau ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Insgesamt war es ein wundervoller Aufenthalt und eine tolle Zeit für unsere Reisegruppe!

Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, das gut für 9 Leute ausreicht. Nette Vermieterin die uns noch einige Tips für die Region mitgegeben hat. Wir waren 4 Tage Skifahren und konnten mit dem Auto (Bus/Zug geht aber auch gut) innerhalb von 15-30min 8 Skigebiete erreichen, TOP!!!

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus "Alpenperle" sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was wir für eine erholsame Zeit gebraucht haben. Super Wochenende in der Alpenperle Grainau!!!

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Nächte mit insgesamt 8 Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Kind (2 Jahre) in der Alpenperle. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, sehr sauber, der Garten ist groß und man kann die Ruhe und den direkten Blick auf die Berge genießen. Es gibt sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für einen zauberhaften Urlaub :-)

Toller Familien-Kurzurlaub mit vier Generationen im Mai 2018

Wir waren mit einer großen Familie von neun Personen im Alter von 9 Monaten bis 82 Jahren bei Frau Braun in der Alpenperle zu Gast. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, sehr angenehm - so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Mit fünf Schlafzimmern, drei Bädern und funktioneller Küche war das Haus für uns genau richtig. Besonders gut hat uns das Wohnzimmer mit dem riesigen Eßtisch und der wunderschöne Garten gefallen. Auch das große Bad im Obergeschoss wurden von allen gerne genutzt. Frau Braun ist eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder!
