Located on the second line of the Sables d'Olonne embankment, you can do everything on foot!

Equipped open kitchen: oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker

1 double bed in mezzanine 120x190

Bathroom with shower, sink, storage, hairdryer and WC



A 2 minutes' walk from the main beach of Sables d'Olonne.

A 10 minutes' walk from the town centre of Sables d'Olonne.

A 15 minutes' walk from Sables d'Olonne railway station.



Practical Information



Stay times

Arrival: from 4pm

Departure: by 10am at the latest



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



Checkout Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins

Gather used laundry in the entrance

Additional charge if not complied with or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee machine type, parking advice bin information
