Close access to the A77, A6, 1 hour from Paris, beautiful villa of 435m2 close to the forest, the castles of the Loire. �PGJyPgVery beautiful volumes to accommodate up to 13 people consisting on the ground floor of a large entrance leading to toilets, and laundry a dining room opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool with darts and billiards, fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area, large living room with fireplace and dining area, library. Master suite with dressing room and bathroom (shower and bath, toilet). On the 1st floor Mezzanine with relaxation area, table football and terrace. Large games room, 3 bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms, landing room with sofa bed for 2 people and a bedroom with 3 single beds. Outside magnificent wooded park with heated swimming pool (open from April 1st to September 30th) on a large terrace with garden furniture, dining area, barbecue and deckchairs. For a few moments of sharing, different activities await you: bowling alley, trampoline, basketball hoop, football goals, dartboard, large wooden course.
