There is so much fun to be had here in Miramar Beach, you don't want to miss this perfect escape!

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction on the building's exterior will begin on August 21, 2023, and will continue throughout the year. Workers will complete one building at a time and this project may impact balcony access in some homes. Construction will occur from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. During these times, project noise will likely be audible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Some good, some not

We always love to stay at the wharf and this unit was a great location with easy access. Our complaints included cigarette odor, and expected better cleanliness. The unit says non smoker but it did have a cigarette smell that stayed very noticeable for the nights we were there. Furnishings could be upgraded. But for the price we would have been happy with the stay except for smokers smell.

October vacation

The property is very nice and welcoming. There is many activities within walking distance, beach, food , shops, fishing, walking trails, and boat rentals. Very family oriented The condo was large enough for us , and the outside balcony was wonderful for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The washer and dryer were great since this was a beach vacation. The only thing I noticed was once we received check out instructions and were ask to strip bed covers the mattress and protector were stained up and need to be deep cleaned or replaced. I also think during peak vacation season it may take a bit of time to get thru the gate and onto property. Overall we would definitely recommend this condo and location to others.

The peace and quiet with everything going it was still peaceful and clean smell good the building was very confusing but is your brain and you alright

Weekend getaway

The property was clean and well appointed. It is not modern or in pristine condition, but that did not bother us. The bed was comfortable, it was in a good location, and the price was right, that was more important to us!
