Tastefully live and eat!   Our apartments are located 10 minutes from Bayreuth in a quiet, idyllic location, nestled between two nature parks, the Franconian Switzerland and the Fichtelgebirge. The high-quality floor parquet is supported by underfloor heating in all rooms. In addition, the apartments are equipped with modern facilities and satellite TV with flat screen and stereo. The bathrooms (shower / toilet) are new and designed in a modern style, dimmer lighting can be found in all rooms. We selected our selected building materials under the aspect of environmentally conscious and sustainable. We use a solar system for the hot water and we have decided for a sustainable drainage technology through a rainwater cistern. Comfortable living comfort with a healthy room climate is supported by our "Grander" water system for underfloor heating.
