Gorgeous home in Nessa

Located on the sunny island of beauty, this magnificent vacation home with private pool protected from view will surely delight you. Situated in the charming village of Feliceto, it welcomes you in the heart of Balagne, respectively in the garden of Corsica. Due to its elevated position, the property spoils its guests with a beautiful panorama, and if you look a little closer, you are very likely to spot red kites circling majestically in the sky. An external staircase leads to the main entrance and the pool area. The accommodation is spacious and has a restful atmosphere, and on the beautiful terrace you can relax pleasantly while looking at the sea in the distance. There are a few small stores in the village. 15 km away is Île-Rousse with its great beaches and turquoise blue bathing water at your feet, and nearby golfers can enjoy the 9-hole course Golf du Reginu. Experience the mountain villages of Balagne as well as Calvi and its impressive littoral, the Agriates or Patromonio with its renowned wine-growing area.

Naturnahes großes Haus mit fantastischem Pool

++Großes, fantastisch ruhig in den Bergen gelegenes Ferienhaus. ++Wahnsinnig toller Ausblick von der großen Terrasse aus. ++Gut ausgestattete, moderne Küche. ++Großer, gepflegter Pool. ++4 Schlafzimmer (haben die 3 oberen genutzt) und 2 Bäder --schlecht gereinigte Böden, Bäder und Toilette --viele Spinnenweben mit Motten, Fliegen und Spinnen an den Decken --schlechter, muffiger Geruch aus der Lüftungsanlage in den Bädern (konnten aufgrund der Temperaturen gut Lüften, sonst hätte es sehr gestunken - wird vermutlich zu wenig genutzt) Fazit: Tolles, großes Haus für Ruhesuchende und Wander- oder Radfahrbegeisterte -im Sommer gut nutzbar, wenn gelüftet werden kann. Die 25 minütige Fahrt zum Supermarkt oder Strand wird mit super Bergblicken belohnt..

Very nice house in quiet and charming neighborhood

In July 2018 we stayed 6 persons, 3 couples, in the house. It worked very well with the three bedrooms and two toilets. The house was well furnished, nicely cleaned and kept in a good general order. There is a magnificent view from the terrace The neighborhood is very charming, with steep and narrow streets. If you look for it, there are plenty of restaurants nearby( 5 km distance), but you need to drive around 40 minutes to get the nearest grocery. There is a very steep driveway to the house, but once you have taken it the first time, it becomes easier. Also the house can be a bit difficult to locate as there are no street numbers. We had to ask around.
