About this property

Welcome to Zukerhaus - also ideal as a home office

Habach is an original village in the Blauer Land (home of the Impressionists / Blauer Reiter) and yet only 25 minutes from Munich.
In the lavishly renovated Stifts-Haus there is the very cozy guest apartment, with a bedroom (narrow bed for two + additional bed on request), a living / kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is 0815 with us. Not even the garden and wine cellar.
We are happy to provide suggestions for the holiday ... B. where can you find an extraordinary jazz / and a rock pub (WE) or where can you swim without hype, where to rent skis, go on long bike tours, plan hikes ... etc.
A lucky cat also lives in the house - if someone has an allergy. A guest dog doesn't bother us at all.

If you book only 1 or 2 days, please pay a one-off € 7 laundry fee per person. P. or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to display the overall low price for short stays.

Schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles sauber und gemütlich. Hübsch angelegter Garten, der mitgenutzt werden konnte. Tolle Lage, alles war gut zu erreichen. Freundlicher Gastgeber, den man jederzeit etwas fragen konnte. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Ferienwohnung im Anbau ist sehr schön. Wermutstropfen ist die Küche, die ist nicht für Freunde des Kochens gemacht. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Klaus ist ein sehr liebenswürdiger Gastgeber mit hilfreichen Tipps.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, behaglich und hell. Die Küche ist klein, aber für einfaches Kochen völlig ausreichend und es gibt eine gute Gastronomie im Ort. Der Garten ist eine Ruheoase, die Umgebung einfach nur wunderschön. Klaus ist ein sehr angenehmer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Eine wahre Perle!

Von Anfang bis zum Ende 10 von 10 Punkten, ich werde dort definitiv wieder gerne Gast sein. Ein wunderschönes, altes Gebäude aber mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man sich gerne wünscht. Alles ist sauber und sämtliche Einrichtungs-und Küchengestände die man benötigt sind vorhanden. Ebenso ist die kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr angenehm. Alles ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes Haus! toller Ort! Prima Gastgeber!

wir sind über Silvester aus der Stadt geflohen, weil unser Hund so Angst vor Böllern hat. Hier war wirklich alles ruhig, die Böller kamen nur von 23 Uhr bis ca 1 Uhr und dann war wieder Ruhe. Was auch toll ist sind die direkt vom Haus aus führenden Wanderwege so das man täglich mit dem Hund ohne das Auto bemühen zu müssen seine Gassirunden drehen kann. Der Kleine Dorfladen in unmittelbarer Nähe hat alles was man so braucht.

Schöner Urlaub

Alles Prima, wie beschrieben, goldiges Dorf, tolle Umgebung mit schönen Seen, auch das Gebiet um Garmisch ist von hier aus mit dem Auto prima zu erreichen.
