This two bedroom condo is a great place to vacation that is just steps from the sugar white sandy beach on Okaloosa Island. It is located right beside the pool. There is a convenient store right across the road that sells groceries and hot foods as well. There are several restaurants nearby. It is located about a mile from the Gulfarium in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

No smoking and no pets allowed. Smoking inside the condo will forfeit all of the security deposit for an additional smoke cleaning fee.

Late check outs will also be charged a fee of $25 for the first 15 minutes, and then $75 an hour after 30 minutes unless pre-approved in advance.

If the dishes are not washed or the trash is not taken out at the check out, a $25 fee will be charged out of the security deposit.

A great place & location

This was our 1st time to the Okaloosa Island area. The condo was very clean, the pool was awesome & in a very peaceful part of the beach. The walk to the beach was only a couple minutes which was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here & we will be back again soon. Thank you Jo!!
