One of the most spectacular views in Golfmaster, outside living to the max as you sit and relax on your porch and take in the beautiful golf and lagoon views.

After passing through the foyer of this newly renovated townhouse, you will find the open living and dining areas filled with natural light, Coastal furnishings, and custom crown molding. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, stone backsplash, breakfast bar with seating for three, and a dining table with seating for 6. A study nook near the fireplace is the perfect spot to work from home or start reading a new book. The living area features a fireplace and sliding door access to the balcony overlooking the golf and lagoon.

On the second floor of this townhouse, you will find two bedrooms. The Master bedroom features a King sized bed and incredible bathroom finished with a walk-in tile shower and stand alone bathtub. The second bedroom features a Queen sized bed with an ensuite, newly renovated bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the second-floor balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course.

Golfmaster has their one private pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Shipyard is a gated Ocean Front community with leisure trails, golf, Van De Meer Tennis and more!

Not for small children

Love the golf course view. The building needs serious repairs with the balconies being not safe. The railings are rotten and the pickets too far apart. A young child could easily fall through. The pickets up the inside staircase are too far apart. Having been on a condo board in Hilton Head, I know the rules. All railings need to be replaced immediately!

Great stay!

My husband and I rented this space for two solid weeks with a plan to work virtually while also enjoying some vacation activities. This rental provided us the space we needed to have work space (and good internet!) and also enjoy our time during non work hours. The view of the golf course was lovely and the very close pool access was ideal! Golfmaster is a little bit of a distance from the beach (approx 1.8 miles) - but bikes make that trip very easy to make. There is also beach parking but we were there prior to Memorial day so it is probably much busier during peak summer hours. The Master bedroom and bath are fantastic - LOVED the deep tub! There were very few things that detracted from our stay - one minor thing was that the AC had a bit of a "squeal" sound at times - it wasn't a major thing but a few times I would notice it when trying to get to sleep. Overall this was a great place to stay and work and have access to nice walking paths and the pool and the beach! Would definitely do this again.
