The apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of a beachfront residence. It can accommodate 4 people: a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a two-burner cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, and a television. It has a 20m² corner terrace offering mountain views and a partial sea view.

The "Le Diplomate" residence is a beachfront building with an elevator. You only need to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the sand. Parking spaces are located on either side of the building and are numbered. Access to the building is secured by a code, and the parking areas are locked at nightfall.
