Perfect for a holiday with family or friends for 8 to 10 people in a pleasant setting, at the end of a cul-de-sac with direct access from the terrace to a wooded area.
The house: spacious, bright and functional, it offers a large convivial living room with living room, dining room and open equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc...). Large bay windows give direct access to the 2 terraces and the green area.�PGJyPgNight side: 4 comfortable bedrooms with storage (bedroom 1: 1 bed of 160*200/bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds 90*200/ bedroom 3 and bedroom 4: 1 bed of 140*200 ) beds for 8 people + sofa bed for 2 people.

Location: located 850 m from the beach of La Boutinardière where the coastal path is accessible. You can enjoy a privileged environment between sea and nature, ideal for walks, water activities and sunsets. Table football, dart games, board games and beach games available.
Available washing machine, iron, hair dryer, internet. Please note: non-smoking house, no pets, availability: during school holidays 1 minimum stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday and outside school holidays period 1 minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Bed linen (€15 per room) and towels (€5) are offered as an option as well as the cleaning package (€80).
