New, very clean, well-furnished, family-friendly (pack-n-play, high chair, toys) place with a good range of ski slope options for all. Just a little walk (very doable with ski boots) to the closest ski run.
Usually when I read all the descriptions and reviews, I will have a close image of the unit and area. This time the reality was greater than what I anticipated. Dayna equipped the unit better than any unit we stayed in. From the bottle of wine and popcorn to the bathrooms and kitchen's extras. She was gracious and accommodating.
We had a great stay and attribute that to Dayna and my family
Thank you
Comfortable and spacious accommodation for both a young family and accompanying grandparents too.

There is no playground
There are many pros and cons for this location.
Pro:
- location is amazing
- nice set up of a kitchen and living space on the walk-up landing. The basement is essentially a suite by itself (has a full bathroom with washer and dryer, bedroom and living room)
- electronic lock to the front door which means one less thing to keep track of!
- fully stocked kitchen with cooking oil, some spices, and 90% cooking utensils you'd normally use while meal prepping
Cons:
- no bed sheets were cleaned. I had to wash all bedsheets of the beds we used. One bed had a stain and feet crumbs in the sheets (it was too late to wash them before I realised and had to sleep in them) and the other had a pretty big biological looking stain on the fitted sheet that magically went away after washing
- the photos are misleading, there is no children's play ground as it's been torn down for new condos so if you're like us and booked this place for this big selling feature, don't tell your kids, it's not there anymore.
- the dryer has a literal beach amount of sand in it. It could probably use a maintenance.
- the beach is beautiful artificial sand however it's linked to a rain water catchment bassin. It's not fed by any river or fresh water source meaning it's stagnant. Where I come from it's illegal to swim in those because of health concerns. So beware.
- no toilet on the main floor this may be an issue for people with mobility issues or heavily pregnant people.
We loved this place in Mont Blanc. It was extremely clean and spacious. Great location with a shared pool and hot tub. A beach just a few steps away. Communication was great for the few little things we needed to get in touch about. We’d definitely stay here again.
Dayna's place was absolutely perfect.
Clean, comfortable, beautiful views out the back windows, fully stocked with everything we could have needed, (and some nice surprises we weren't expecting!) and basically right on the ski hill so that our teens could easily go to and from the hill whenever they wanted.
We are already talking about coming back again! Thanks for the memories!
C'est notre deuxième séjour au condo de ski de Dayna et nous avons passé un excellent moment! Le condo est confortable, bien aménagé, bien équipé et décoré avec soin. Toute la famille a apprécié son séjour! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain!
Mont Blanc Chalet was an affordable option outside of Mont Tremblant
We had a nice time visiting Canada to ski and snowboard.
Community: The community was hard to find as the address is not yet on Google Maps. It is brand new and considered part of Mont Blanc. There was a lot of snow so we couldn’t see the lake, but the view out of the back windows was pretty. There is a trail to the Mont Blanc slope, but too far for us to walk with kids and gear. The kids and us did have fun walking the trail and also building snow forts on the property behind the house. This is a smaller community of about 10 or so buildings each with three- 3-story townhouses. This community is about 22 minutes drive from Mont Tremblant and 10-12 miles from the grocery store: There are limited English speaking restaurants nearby, so we ate lunch daily at Mont Tremblant and cooked our own dinners at the house. There were also limited activities other than Mont Blanc skiing here in the winter. We had to drive to Mont Tremblant all 6 days we were there (so you must have a car if you want to ski at Tremblant).
House: this house is a townhouse with three floors. It still seemed very new. The decor was beautiful and minimal, the house was super clean and it had everything we needed (except for soap, shampoo and conditioner in the 3 showers). There are stairs into the house that are wood and got quite slippery with ice. It would be good for the owner to install not slip tread to the steps. The master is on the top floor with 2 additional bedrooms. There is another bedroom on the ground floor. The main floor has the kitchen, dining and living room with a small deck and grill. The ground floor opens to the shared common backyard. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook.
We really enjoyed the space and the house was comfortable. Our 6 year old did get hurt on the ground floor coffee table. It it wood with very sharp corners. So be careful with little ones!

The place was beautiful and close to the ski hill.
An absolutely spotless, fresh, new townhouse in an idyllic natural setting. Super well stocked with everything you need (except shampoo, conditioner and body wash). We loved Mont Blanc for skiing and the hiking, snowshoeing trails are incredible too. The only downside of this rental is that it isn’t a true ski in / ski out property. There is a long and difficult traverse to the bottom of the north side chair which isn’t doable for average skiers or kids (mine were 11 years old at time of our stay). However, it was only a 2 minute drive to the ski hill which was super convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property
A hidden gem. Be one of the few to enjoy slope side winters and lakeside summers. If you aren’t familiar with Mont Blanc resort in St-Faustin-Lac-Carré, its Laurentian location is like none other. Easy to get to from Montreal and Ottawa and at the threshold of the vibrant and picturesque Tremblant region, Village Oasis is close to it all while remaining a true nature retreat.
In winter, it’s one of Québec’s leading ski resorts with the 2nd highest ski mountain in the Laurentians: 43 trails and a snow park, on 3 mountainsides provide a great choice of terrain for all levels of skiers and snowboarders.
In summer, enjoy the beach, lake, kayak, SUP and paddleboard, trails and playgrounds all within walking distance.
This destination has it all and is the perfect place to getaway, relax and have fun in nature!
