The EIFEL LANDHAUS - Daleiden, which has been lovingly furnished, has been used exclusively for the owners family for decades and therefore shows great pleasure in every detail. Located on the German side near the Luxembourg border, the holiday home is perfect for a relaxing holiday for two or with up to 2 children (4 people).

Those who love nostalgia and nature will feel at home in this rustically furnished holiday home. From the covered terrace you step into the large garden, from the property you look over fields to the forest.

Wonderful hiking opportunities start right on the doorstep and lead across fields into adjacent forests. Endless hiking trails extend in the border triangle of Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg (only approx. 6.8 km from the border). Bicycle paths in nearby Irsental offer leisure activities for all ages.

Good shopping in the village.

The country house has two separate bedrooms:

+ the master bedroom approx. 15 sqm with a large double bed and direct access to the family bathroom approx. 9 sqm (additional access to the bathroom)

+ the second room approx. 9 sqm with a single bed and additionally a foldable bed for the possibly fourth person. Ideal for 2 children.

You will find peace and relaxation in our idyllic country house, in a quiet location on the outskirts. It is a detached house on a hill. You look from around 4000 square meters (!) Land in the valley and across fields.

In summer you can relax on the terrace and garden lawn. An old (almost dry) pond offers opportunities to observe dragonflies and frogs.

A climbing park in 3 km away Irsental offers fun, adventure and fitness fun. Recommended are trips z. B. 68km to the historic city of Trier, 19km to the Eifel Zoo or 24km to Vianden Castle.

The large bathroom is directly connected to the master bedroom with a connecting door and is accessible from the hallway through a second door.

The bathroom is ideal for relaxing and shows its best side in the brown / beige style of the house with a shower, separate bathtub and its marble vanity with gold fittings. Nostalgic, not modern, but very noble.

The kitchen is older, but with its good and extensive equipment offers everything you need. Dishes, cutlery and food processor are available. A large living room with dining area with wood-burning fireplace, oil heating, WiFi, TV etc. In the own washroom in the basement there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as clotheslines.
