Nice that you drop by our cozy house from Friendly Homes. We are very careful to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Relaxation, twittering of birds, cosiness, recreation, community and security. These are catchphrases that we could suggest to you ...

But honestly, words just do little justice to the atmosphere in and around the cute brick house. You would have to try it yourself: from our winter garden you can enjoy the stormy autumn and the snowflakes in winter by candlelight. The terrace and veranda invite you to linger in summer. Find your favorite spot on the terrace or on the veranda, in the cozy winter garden or wherever you want. Just take a deep breath and let the brick house feel warm and cozy. When you experience the moment of being at home, we have done everything right. If not, please let us know. Because then we have to go again ...

Furnishing:

The newly renovated brick house has a twin room, three rooms that can be booked as single or double rooms and a small single room - all with the finest bed linen that promises a well-kept night's sleep.

The natural stone bathroom on the upper floor is divided into three rooms and is decorated in warm tones with exquisite washing and shower interiors. The bathroom on the ground floor is shared by 2 other rooms. The communal kitchen in a cozy country house style is located on the ground floor and offers the usual comfort including a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. So that there is no jealousy of food, a large refrigerator is available for each room. In addition, all guests have Lan / WLan, Internet TV, Sky TV through a flat screen (100 cm screen diagonal) in your room. In combination with the beautiful furnishings, this invites you to feel absolutely at ease.
The roof terrace and veranda belong to the house. The large courtyard and garden are waiting for you. The beautiful Bornheim has even more to offer than our cute brick house:

Beautiful hiking trails lead you through the nearby forest and vast fields. An all-round offer for cyclists, mountain bikers, hikers, walkers and everyone else who likes the air and the forest. Likewise, the adventurers who want to discover Phantasialand or the city lovers for Bonn, Cologne, Brühl and Co ..

A dream in every season!
The house is located in a quiet residential area where children play on the street. The neighborhood is family. In the immediate vicinity of the brick house you will find playgrounds, beautiful organic country houses, lovingly designed half-timbered houses, sports facilities and small beekeeping stations.

If you want to go further: 10 minutes on foot to the Cologne / Bonn train connection with direct connection, 6 minutes by car to the A555 connection to Cologne Bonn, 7 minutes by car to the A61, 115 minutes by car to Phantasialand

Das Haus hat sich als für unsere Weihnachtsfeier mit der achtköpfigen Familie (Ehepaar mit vier Erwachsenen Kindern und zwei Schwiegerkindern) als gut geeignet erwiesen. Die Küchenausstattung ist großzügig und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Köln und Bonn sind mit Auto und ÖV gut zu erreichen

Verblijf nabij Phantastialand

Aangenaam verblijf gehad in zeer net huis! Alles was keurig, correct en goed onderhouden. Prachtige plek om naar Phantasialand te gaan. Omgeving biedt voldoende, prima horecagelegenheden en supermarkten. Enige waar we niet van op de hoogte waren, was dat er later een andere huurder er bij kwam (achter ons verblijf op zelfde erf). Verder een aanrader!!

Es ist ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und nettem Ambiente (Bilder, Blumen Kerzen). Es gibt Sitzgelegenheiten im Hof und auf der kleinen Dachterrasse. Allerdings riecht es häufig im Haus nach Öl von der Heizung und da hilft auch der automatische Luftbedufter nicht wirklich. Wenn man das Haus bucht, sollte man beachte, dass es kein Wohnzimmer gibt. Der Wintergarten ist Esszimmer und Aufenthaltsraum in Einem. Leider knatschen die Betten und manche Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen. Auf dem Rasen darf kein Fussball gespielt werden. Es gibt aber einen (staubigen) Bolzplatz in der Nähe.

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr sauber, alles top in Ordnung, alles da und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar Kinderspielzeug etc. war vor Ort. Einziges Manko: im Keller roch es leider stark nach Öl (Heizung?), was auch nach oben wehte wenn die Kellertür offen war.

Tolles Haus, netter Service

Vielen vielen Dank für den tollen Kurzurlaub. Ein wirklich tolles Haus, bei dem alles wirklich einwandfrei durchdacht ist. Einrichtung sehr schön gewählt und auch die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut, es fehlte an nichts. Viel mehr kann ich nicht schreiben, da es weder etwas zu bemängeln gibt, noch etwas negatives zu schreiben gibt. Alles was vorhanden ist zu Loben würde den Rahmen nun sprengen ;) Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser die wir jemals hatten. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen und es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und macht einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat, waren die Matratzen. Sie waren sehr weich und wir haben nicht so gut geschlafen. Und die Kissen und Decken waren Federkern, was für unsere Allergiker leider nicht sehr gut war.

Traumhaftes Haus in zentraler Lage

Katastrophale Betten und eine schlechte Vermittlungsagentur

Das Haus in Bornheim hat eine nette ländliche Lage. Unser grösstes Problem mit dem Haus war die Kommunikation mit der Vermittlungsargentur. Es gab wohl Unstimmigkeiten mit der Buchung und diese wurde sehr unprofessionell bearbeitet. Sehr unangenehm. Die gute Fee des Hauses, Frau K., hat die Übergabe dann sehr nett und ausführlich gemacht. Ein grosses Lob! Die Betten im Haus sind eine ganz grosse Katastrophe. Angeblich wurden die Matratzen erneuert, aber die Betten sind echt extrem durchgelegen und schlecht. Ansonsten ist das Haus nett eingerichtet und anscheinend eher auf Einzelzimmervermietung ausgelegt. Leider nur wenige Sterne..

Nice place, but strong odor

Nice home, overall nice stay. A couple of points: 1) be prepared for a very strong odor of moth balls/bug spray throughout the basement and first floor entry/patio. Not unbearable, but it was disappointing. Not sure of the source? 2) one of the stovetop burners did not work. Again, nothing was a show stopper, but these items, if resolved, could have made this a great stay (vs a good/nice stay).

Familienwochenende zentral zwischen Köln und Bonn

Kleines, aber für 8 Gäste ausreichend großes Haus mit 2 individuell gestalteten Badezimmern, großer Terrasse und eingezäunter Rasenwiese; insbesondere ist zu erwähnen, dass Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Federballspiel u.v.m. vorhanden ist, außerdem ein Grill. Am ersten Abend meldete sich allerdings der Rauchmelder im EG, der dann von uns abgestellt worden ist und in der Veranda gelagert wurde. Immer wieder gern.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem Haus. 2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 größeren Kindern. (12, 15, 18) Positiv: - Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. - Checkin mit dem Schlüsselsafe super einfach. - Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist wirklich hübsch. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch. - Betten waren angenehm. - Küchenausstattung ist top. Alles an Pfannen, Töpfen, Toaster, Geschirrspüler, Geschirrtüchern, Lappen, Schneidbretterm usw. usw. vorhanden. - Kickerkasten im Keller ist super. Tischtennisplatte wäre auch dagewesen. Andere Spiele waren auch noch vorhanden. - Dachterrasse und Sitzmöglichkeit im Innenhof sind toll. - Kühlschränke in genügender Anzahl Etwas schade war: - Ein großer Tisch um zusammen zu essen wäre schön. Geht aber leider von den Raumgrößen nicht. - Die Dusche, Toilette im EG hat kein Fenster, nur Lüfter. Fazit: Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen.

Top Haus, super Ausstattung, nur sehr weiche Betten

Das Haus ist super gepflegt und sehr vollständig eingerichtet. Es gibt reichlich Stauraum in den Zimmern und viele Extras wie eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Kicker. Wie beschrieben gibt es kein Wohnzimmer, aber eine Esszimmerausstattung im Wintergarten. Wir haben allerdings auch viel Zeit draußen verbracht. Einziges Manko waren die Betten, sehr schmal und leider recht durchgelegen. Die Fenster sind über Fensterläden einigermaßen zu verdunkeln. Die Lage ist ruhig, nach Bonn Zentrum kommt man mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Min.

Traumhaftes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Durch das gute Wetter konnten wir besonders von dem Garten und den bereitgestellten Angeboten (Tischtennis, Trampoline, Liegestühle etc.) profitieren. Das Haus war liebevoll und passend zu Ostern dekoriert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
