This property is a one of a kind with the perfect location and newly remodeled. Our association has taken excellent care of the exterior. If you like to exercise this condo is for you. The walking path around the park and sidewalks down Beach Parkway is an excellent way to start your day.

What makes this property stand out from the rest. Is the location on the south east side. We are right across the street from beautiful Jaycee Park and the Caloosahatchee river. You are literally minutes from the best restaurant and best entertainment on the Cape. Just a short hop across the river to everything in Fort Myers. We know once you stay you will want to come back next time and that is our goal.
