There are 2 bedrooms (1 king 1 queen), convertible chair and two sofas upstairs, and a private area downstairs that features kitchenette, 1/2 bath, sofa bed, bunk beds and a dining area. There is also a queen air mattress. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Xbox one w/Game Pass. Walk to the fishing pier, marina and restaurant, or beach.. Pets welcome! This fun neighborhood features a pool (pool pass required), marina, boat launch, fishing pier, restaurant, bar, tennis courts & convenience store.

Relaxing weekend

We stayed here for a birthday surprise for my mom, perfect spot right in between bay and ocean, everything was stocked and everything worked great! Thank you for having us!

Sharon was awesome! The day before we left there was unusual coastal flooding which flooded the down stairs. She went above and beyond with us to make our family vacation happen.

Does to of all we were not communicated by the owner fat we were going to be less one room. We came all the way from Brownsville Texas and was told by the owner that she could reimburse us. But so far away and trying to find a place for the family very hard. Especially when we had three elderly individuals and 3 small children. One bathroom for 12 people. Not 1 and 1/2 bathroom. It was organized. But the sheets were not fresh and muggy smell. Had to use an air mattress and a twin size bed from the room that was not able to be used. Slept in the sofas as well. The house downstairs outside area looked that no one had given it love. Like someone hoarding things. Not pleasant to want to go down and sit outside. I even took pictures. Because of disbelief of how a person who rents the not take pride in making the inside just as the outside look charming. Noted and learned on making better arrangements for my family.

Sofia, it was clear from the moment you checked in that you hadn't read the description of the property. You were offered a full refund if you left immediately, but you chose to stay. Nowhere in my listing does it say the home has 3 bedrooms. It states there are 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and a downstairs area with a sofa bed, kitchenette, and bunk beds as well as a 1/2 bath. You used every bed downstairs, and turned the a/c down to 65 degrees. As far as "hoarding" there is some touch up paint in one the the cabinets downstairs - sorry if that offended you. I'm not sure what you're talking about as far as the outside not being pleasing. Most people love the view of the bay and the bird sanctuary and enjoy the large yard. We do provide a beach wagon, ice chest, and beach toys which are stored on the patio. You tried to extort money from me from the beginning and this is clearly a retaliatory review.

Fun beach house

We loved the pool. We rented the kayak’s and the golf cart. My husband and son had a blast in the kayak’s out in the bay. We even went crabbing out there and caught some! The golf cart was so fun and loved having it to run across the road to the beach. The boys loved the downstairs and called it their man cave. There was a toaster oven, but no microwave downstairs and that would have been helpful to have a microwave down there. We also loved the outdoor shower. My mom now wants one at her house in Indiana 😂 I also loved having the washer and dryer. The house had a lot of stuff stocked we brought all our stuff, but if needed she been had shampoo and things like that under the sink! So if u forgot something u would have it. I told her we forgot beach towels and when we got there she had stocked 4 beach towels for us so I didn’t have to buy any. The fences in yard was so amazing for animals as well. So basically we will stay again and loved it the pool was probably our favorite part of the house!

My husband and I bought our first property in Sea Isle in 2015. We fell in love with the Sea Isle community. We just recently purchased this awesome bay view property. We have a 20 year old son at A&M who loves to fish, so this is a great place for us to spend time together. We live in Richmond, Texas. I am originally from the Dallas area, and my husband is a native Houstonian. I am a Realtor and property manager, and my husband is in the natural gas business.

Why they chose this property

The view says it all. We also love the separate downstairs area. Two families can stay together but sill have privacy. The neighborhood is super fun with lots of activities. We love the on-site convenience store, marina, and restaurant.

What makes this property unique

You can walk to the fishing pier, pool, marina, bar/restaurant, etc, or just hang out on the huge deck and enjoy the view of the bay and watch the birds.
