Interior features include recently updated décor with high-end furnishings and tasteful accents, including a cozy sectional sofa with a pull-out bed in the living room. The open concept floor plan is complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows. The full-sized kitchen has been equipped with cookware and a spacious dining area for a home away from home experience. Your gulf-front balcony promises a breathtaking view of sugar-white sand, rolling waves, and emerald coast sunsets. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guest. One-car limit.

Fall break

This property is awesome!! The view is everything!! The building amenities are great....indoor & outdoor pool, ice cream shop& direct beach access. A few negatives...The second bedroom is tiny with space for only the bunk bed.The elevators are soooo slow. This property is on the 9th floor so walking down the stairs is easy but coming back up takes awhile. The parking garage is also frustrating. It is VERY tight. I have a large vehicle and had to yield coming around the corners. 2 cars cannot fit a time. All this being said my kids and I had a great time.

Great family vacation

Our stay was great!! The room was awesome with a beautiful view and the BEST rocking chairs on the balcony. Loved the pool, felt like our home away from home!

Great condo

We loved this condo. Nice and clean and great location. The master bed was so comfortable however the bunks were not. They have beach chairs and an umbrella that you can use. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make meals at home. Make sure to wear your wrist band because they will check!! The elevators did take forever because they were so many people at the resort. It can be hard getting out into traffic from the parking garage. Overall this is a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.
