The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden with a swimming pool and a place to park the car. On the main floor there is a spacious dining room with open kitchen, a magnificent living room with access to the terrace. The terrace has a barbecue and a large table for lunch or dinner. From the terrace there is a view of the sea. On the same floor there is a small bedroom with 1 single bed. There is a bathroom with a shower nearby.

On the second floor there are 3 spacious double bedrooms and a room with a single bed and access to the terrace. There is a spacious bathroom to share. The main bedroom consists of a sleeping area with a magnificent double bed, and there is also big billiard table in the middle. From this bedroom there is access to a spacious terrace with sea views, sun beds on a small table. The master bedroom suite has its own private bathroom with access to the terrace.

The house also has a separate study for work. From the study there is staircase leading to the attic floor, where there is a 5th bedroom with a bathroom and access to a private terrace overlooking the sea.

The villa also has a basement floor where laundry and ironing rooms are located. There is spasious gym equipped with the different sport stuff.

The distance to the beach is only 3 minutes walk down the street. Nearby are small restaurants and bars. The center of Salou is 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot. Important: This villa does not allow groups of young people.Only families.

Important: groups of young people under the age of 27 are not accepted. Do not send the request if the requirements are not met. The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation for guests who do not comply with this condition.
