The views from this gulf front home on Cape San Blas are unbelievable! Walk off the deck and you are on the beach, steps from the ocean. No shared boardwalks, community access, or streets to hassle with. Check out the wow factor in the living room photos with the windows. The sun sets directly in front of this home for the most spectacular sunsets you have ever seen. You can literally sit on the front deck OR covered back porch relaxing and watch your kids play in the sand and surf.

This 4/4 beach front duplex has been meticulously constructed with turquoise hardi siding, metal roof, vaulted cypress tongue and groove ceilings, wide plank Australian cypress floors, and upscale furnishings that are beach (kid) friendly!

There are two master suites with beautiful views of the ocean. One master with a king bed (lower level) has beautiful pottery barn furnishings in vibrant key west colors and an awesome master bathroom. 4 large windows overlooking the ocean.

The second master suite (upper level) has a queen bed and is designed in nautical style. Red, white, and denim blue furnishings. It also has it's own private bath suite. 3 large windows overlooking the ocean.

The third bedroom (lower level) has a queen bed with cream distressed beachy furniture and a full bathroom located steps away in the hallway.

Fourth bedroom is Kid's paradise with it's own en suite bathroom and two twin over full bunk beds.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a great meal at home!

Please note that Twilight is a single family attached dwelling similar to a duplex/townhouse. Twilight is the unit on the right facing the home from the beach side. There are dividing walls on both porches so the only area you may see the neighbors is under the home in the parking area.

This beach is incredible. Voted #1 beach in all of America (Port St. Joe State Park) three years in a row. White sand beaches, dolphins playing daily, loggerhead turtles, amazing fishing, and the infamous St. Joe State Park! You can wade in the bay's crystal clear waters at the park and find hermit crabs, sting ray, fish, craps, scallops, starfish, even manatees!

Looking for pool access? Newly renovated Rish Park is only a 2 mile drive, walk, or bike ride away! See photos for Rish Park amenities that include a huge pool, nice restrooms/showers, and beach access to one of the best sections of beach on all of Cape San Blas.

With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts?!?) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables. We have fished right in front of our home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!

My family and I had the most amazing week in this house. The house had everything we could have possibly needed inside and out, and the location can't be beat! Communication with the host was excellent. All of the important housekeeping areas were clean. (Bathrooms, linens etc.) We would definitely love to stay in this house again!

Cape San Blas Girl's Trip

The house was in the perfect place to enjoy the sun, walks on the beach, playing in the water! We had plenty of room for all 9 of us. It is located close to shopping, restaurants, and the adjoining Forgotten Coast cities. But, honestly, we had everything we needed within walking distance. Our group of 11 had a fantastic time! It was so nice being right on the water. The teens all had a blast with the kayaks. While the adults relaxed and fished. We will definitely be staying here again! It is a duplex, so if you're leaving your things outside, be sure to keep an eye on them.

Location location location!

Our family just stayed for a week at this beautiful home and cannot wait to go back. It was great to sit on the deck and literally have the ocean right below us. The home itself is very comfy and definitely had enough space for a family of five. We will be coming back with the rest of our children at another time. You can not get any closer to the beach! The house worked perfect for little kids and grandparents. The only down fall with this house was the cleaning. Dishes were not clean, bathrooms were not clean great, dried food on the couches and a few bugs were seen. If the cleaning crew was better the house would have been perfect.

Fabulous House!

This house was amazing! It was very clean and had everything we would need, such as linens, towels, etc. The location couldn't have been better. Walked down the steps and on the beach. The view from the house couldn't be beat. Had an area under the house in case of rain or if the kids wanted a break from the water. This is one that we would definitely love to stay at again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice beach and house. You will not be disappointed!

Could not have been more perfect!!

This house was GORGEOUS!! Very clean and spacious, and the location was absolutely perfect!! Right on the beach and within walking distance to the Trading Post. Our kids ranged from 2-Teenager and of course it was very rare that everybody wanted to go to the beach at the same time but that was okay because it was literally just outside! Any questions I had before arriving were promptly answered and check in was very easy! Would definitely recommend and hope to book again next year!!
