You understand that you may be exposed to pollen, plants, trees, sap & other environmental factors accustomed to being in New England nature.



Guest Access:

- You have full, private access to The Lake View House.

- You have access to the association beach at Lake Coventry.

- You ARE NOT permitted to use or bring personal jet ski, motorized watercraft or any watercraft (this includes personal kayaks and stand up paddle boards). Motorized watercraft are NEVER ALLOWED on Lake Coventry.

Property managers live about 15 minutes from the Lake View House.
