Unbeatable location just 1 block from the iconic Green Parrot Bar and 2 blocks from world famous Duval Street. Blue Heaven, Hemingway House and Willie T’s are all just a few hundred feet from the front door, and you’d never know it because the house is on a private and super quiet one-block, dead-end lane. Fort Zach Taylor beach and State Park are quick bike ride away.

Inside has 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Huge, fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need for making everything from margaritas to a nice dinner at home, with updated appliances, custom tile work and awesome one of a kind countertops.

Enjoy morning coffee on the covered front porch, and then head to the backyard which has a deck and a large swim spa pool, large enough for eight adults, perfect for socializing and stargazing.

Location was awesome, some suggestions. Parking is very limited, be prepared, if you park in a residential space you will be ticketed. Home could use toaster, iron, more bath towels, wi- fi stopped after first week. A small vacuum would be great for daily cleaning. Owner instructions for closing and rules would be helpful (ex garbage take out day). These are all small suggestions, loved the place and had a great vacation
