My property is ideally located 25 minutes from Poitiers, with its rich architectural heritage, 30 minutes from Futuroscope and less than half an hour from many sites such as, The Valley of the Monkeys, The Planet of the Crocodiles, The Giants of the Sky, Défi Planet, etc....
You will love my accommodation for its calm, serenity and its location in the heart of a beautiful countryside offering beautiful walks or bike rides.
My accommodation is perfect for families or couples looking for space

You will find:
* On the ground floor:
- the comfortable "ZEN" room of 15 m2 with double bed, quiet with a view of the pool and garden, its independent entrance, its bathroom and its private toilet.
- An equipped kitchen, a cosy living / dining room and a bathroom with bathtub.
* Upstairs:
- Two other bedrooms (17 and 19 m2) each with a double bed: Room "L'Olivier" and "Chambre Céleste".
-Independent toilet on the landing.
Each room has its own TV, a sleeping area and a relaxation area.

-The SWIMMING POOL IS NOT PRIVATE, you may have to share it with the tenants of the 2 cottages which are on the same property. It is secured by an NF alarm
-You must park in the church car park during your entire stay for the free movement of vehicles from the neighbourhood. Thank you for your understanding.
