About this property

The perfect condo for your mountain get away. Sleeps up to 10 in comfortable cozy beds. A quick 2 minute walk to where you can click into your ski/board and ski down to 3 different lifts. Walk a small hill to return to the condo after a day on the mountain. No need to mess with the crowded parking lots at the base, steps to skiing! At nearly 2,000 sq feet, this is the largest unit on Crescent Road with each bedroom having its own bathroom.

Located in the coveted Crescent Road neighborhood, the street dead ends at the resort. Easy access to the ski resort for summer or winter enjoyment.

Over size windows in the dining and living area allow you to feel as if you are outdoors while enjoying the comfort of a warm condo. Kitchen table dining with seating for 8 and 3 additional bar stool seats.

Spring Break Fun!

The place was beautiful just as listed! Hosts responsive and wonderful to work with. True ski in ski out! Enjoying sledding down the bottom of a black 100 yards out the front door was the highlight of my kids stay! Dining area great for evening gatherings and recaps! Highly recommend!

Excellent property in very convenient location. Access to the slopes was easy and the condo was perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Park City Location!

My family and I chose this home for our holiday vacation at Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) for it's location and amenities, and it did not disappoint!! This home was exactly as it was described / pictured and perfectly situated near the base of PCMR and access to the lifts with a short walk (1/2 block) to end of dead-end street and ski onto trail to lifts (Eagle/First Take/3 Kings, or walk other way on street for Silver Star lift). The home is situated on quiet street but with easy and quick access to Main Street and other areas of town. This home provided the ideal space for our family who utilized the bunks and bedrooms and we loved relaxing at the end of the day with the fire on, making dinner apres ski, and looking out at the beautiful birch trees on the mountain. We will definitely be back next time we ski PCMR (also easy access to Canyons Village via the gondola) and would highly recommend this to families or anyone with big groups or just wants to spread out a bit. The owners were very communicative and helpful throughout - and provide a wonderful guidebook that helps with the home but also things to know about PC. Thank you for a wonderful week and holiday in PC! ~Lindsay & Family

Good stay

Everything was very good, the only complaint I have is that the check out is at 10 and the check in is at 4. So you have to adjust your air fair with the times given. I wish the check out was a little later that you can have some time to wake up and get ready without being in a hurry!
