Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 10:00 a.m.
Empty the refrigerator, freezer, and unit of personal items
Turn off all lights, wall heaters & oven, return any moved furniture back to its original spot
Place dirty dishes in dishwasher add cleaning pod and turn on
Take trash to the trash bin
Pile used towels in the bathroom tub
Close and lock all windows and doors
Return all keys and FOB's to guest key drop located at the HOA building (the bungalow looking building behind the pool)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
