La Grande Motte: villa, sea and greenery

A peaceful villa nestled in lush greenery, a 10-minute walk from the sea and a 5-minute walk from shops. Happy holidays! The accommodation: A quiet little square, a house with a shaded garden, terraces, and greenery all around. On the ground floor: the kitchen, dining room, living room with TV area and desk, the master bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a large bedroom with a bed and a sofa bed, a living room with a library, a small bedroom with a desk, and a bathroom with a toilet. In the evening in the garden, you will likely see beautiful geckos, hedgehogs, and some small bats, which are among our best allies in the fight against harmful insects! Traveller access: Follow the beginning of Avenue du Général Leclerc towards Grau du Roi. Take Allée des Goélands on your left and, opposite the Goélands shopping centre (bar, bakery, dry cleaner, newsagent, casino, etc.), enter the villa district. Follow the Fauvettes alley for about 100 metres and enter the small square with even numbers 2 to 16. Park opposite the house in the shade of the laurel trees. The house is in a quiet location, away from the town centre in the villa district, but close to essential shops in the small Goélands centre. Numerous paths and shortcuts provide easy access to various parts of the seaside resort, such as the beaches, the port, the Étang du Ponant (Ponant Pond), the Boucanet peninsula, the golf course, and also the town centre.
