San Diego home away from home

I cannot say enough great things about this property! It was our first time visiting California, and it did not disappoint. The house is so cute, clean and in a great location! Lots to do and the beach is just steps away. I highly recommend this place and we will be back! The property was also very communicative and wonderful.

The property was an absolute dream! It had the perfect combination of cleanliness, a prime location, and beautiful beach-vibe decor. Mission Beach Staycation

The San Diego beach staycation is a blast. We are north city residents and enjoyed a long weekend in this home. The location was perfect - close to the beach, but with a neighborhood feel. We appreciated the beach equipment, so we didn’t have to haul our own. The space was comfortable and the deck was a convenient extension of the indoor living space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, modern vacation home, close to beach!

We had a great stay at this Mission Beach vacation home! Very clean, modern, and a few minutes walk to the beach! Nice to have a garage for our car since limited parking in the area. Much less crowded then Pacific Beach which is next door. Very quiet and felt safe at night! Second bedroom could use darkening shades but otherwise we'd love to stay here again!

Had a wonderful time in San Diego

The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures. A beautiful, clean and well maintained house in a great location, close to both beach, bay and restaurants. The property manager was very helpful with a few minor questions that I had. I definitely will be coming back to this house in the future.

4th of July Perfection

We had an amazing stay celebrating the 4th of July! Excellent location, steps away from the beach with all amenities included. The teens loved walking to Belmont Park. We loved the outdoor seating area and enjoyed the fire pit during the cooler evenings. The attention to detail was 10/10. The cottage was well appointed, super comfy couch, clean, and we felt safe. Highly recommend this property.

Spring Break with the Kids

Really enjoyed staying here. Really liked that there was beach stuff in the garage that we could use (beach chairs, umbrella, bucket and shovels, wagon, cooler, boogie boards, volleyball and football, etc.). Plenty of kitchen utensils. We were able to park a Toyota Camry in the garage with a few inches to spare. Liked being in walking distance of both the ocean and bay side beaches. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very Hard To Beat!

My wife and I take our granddaughter to the beach every summer. This house and location are as good or better than any prior visit. The floor plan makes the most out of the space it has. It is very open and you get the feel it is bigger than it is. Cyndi, the Property Manager, is one of several reasons we will strongly consider coming back to this house next year. She is very easy to communicate with, extremely responsive, and simply nice to talk to while remaining completely professional. It is a very short walk to either the Bay or the Ocean. We even walked to Belmont Park one day. It is modern, very clean and well kept. I speak from experience and if you are at all familiar with the properties in this area, I can't imagine how you could be disappointed with this choice. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous, clean property and very close to the beach. The house has been renovated/updated and they did an excellent job! Nice, large garage that fits a small SUV comfortably. Beautiful front deck that is great for relaxing in the evenings.

Location was outstanding; steps to beach, a market very close by and a short walk to Belmont Park. The host, Cindy, was great. Place had everything you would ever need and I thought it was very nice to have cold filtered water in the refrigerator and ice ready upon our arrival. Decor was beautiful and the place was spotless. Cindy had high tech TVs, all high end appliances and Smart thermostat. Took me awhile to figure it out. A/C was great. Cindy also had many items to make your beach stay enjoyable; chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, wagon, cooler and even little pails and shovels. We also enjoyed sitting on the large patio by the fire. My favorite vacation rental in Mission Beach by far. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay super close to the beach. Comfortable bedding and nice amenities. Cindy helped us with the gas grill and a tv in the guest bedroom. She answered my questions and came over with a new firestick for the tv the same day we told her it wasn’t working. The patio was amazing.

Wonderful place!

This house was super awesome. First of all, the communication with Cindy was fantastic. She was helpful and kind, so sweet.The house is a perfect size. All the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area is lovely. The location was perfect. You are literally across the street from the beach and walking distances to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend!
