Upstairs: Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm) One bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), a travel cot, Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Courtyard, lawn, large children's playground, pétanque court. Garage. Cottage located near a farm. Situated between Pléneuf Val André the seaside resort (6 km) and its golf course, Dahouët, the small port with natural charm, Erquy (8 km) first Breton port for scallops, and Lamballe (11 km) crossroads between the beaches of the Emerald Coast and the forest. Beautiful house on the road leading to the most beautiful beaches of Côtes d'Armor!
