The Modern Cottage features high-end amenities like automatic black-out shades, a Bose home sound system, TVs in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, cozy furnishings, and a private hot tub.

This free-standing cottage has an open floor plan with a grand room that combines the kitchen with the dining room and the living room. Two king bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and a dedicated office to accompany either working from home or used as a third bedroom.

House not ready at check-in time so we had a 30 minute wait. We had some issues in the kitchen - not enough silverware or coffee cups. Dishwasher is not properly installed in the kitchen cabinet. Also no dishtowels in the kitchen. The house is a great location for walking and just close enough to town without being in the center of town. The beds are comfortable.

Our guests are provided with keypad entry instructions, and once we were contacted, we responded promptly to assist. We are always available to help resolve questions or concerns during a stay. We appreciate the kitchen feedback and will use it to continue improving the guest experience. The dishwasher is operational, and this was the first time we were made aware of any concern regarding its installation. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to address any of these items during the stay, but we would have been happy to do so if contacted. After hosting for 6 years as a Superhost, we take guest experience seriously and are always looking for ways to improve. Thank you again for your comments.
