This was a fantastic cabin to enjoy some much needed family time! Loved the two floor layouts, the game table, and the provided games and other accessories. It was a quick weekend, but this is a fantastic place that really deserves more time to enjoy! The host was a great communicator, provided everything we needed to make sure that our stay was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
The location and set up was perfect for our group. Dane our host was very responsive and even set us up with fishing guides. I highly recommend the lodge for groups and families.
This was a terrific place for our group, we had several family members travel in and many that lived in the area. This proved to be a perfect place for us to gather for meals and to just catch up with one another. Highly recommend!!!
My family had a good time they had fun playing pool there's plenty of space for my family to move around i. wish it was wheelchair freindly but my neice managed she had a great time it could need more kitchen supply but overall it was greet thanks again
Nice sprawling interior. Great for large groups that all get along. A little short in the bathroom department. Lots of cosmetic work to do, but this does not affect the functionality of the place. A good large group, all living together rental.
Perfect rental for what we needed. Booked this place instead of tent camping it for a deer hunt we had planned because of the cold weather. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and heaters in every room. Host was very responsive and we would definitely rent this place again.
Awsome home perfectly located by the San Juan River
This house was big enough to fit a lot of my family members comfortably. Located near the stream for fishing and near the marina/damn for snagging. Will definitely stay here again.
The property has lots of space to fit many people comfortably. The location is great for those who want to enjoy Navajo Marina. Clearly the property is undergoing some renovations, but even so we really enjoyed our stay.
This property is clearly a work in progress. The owner has made cosmetic improvements and on the surface, it looks good. The property was clean. (Just don't look under sinks and in closets) Unfortunately, it also has many safety issues that need to be addressed. There's open wiring and exposed outlets throughout the house. There are extension cords with power strips plugged into them. It has a fuel-fired heat source and appliances and yet there is not a smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm anywhere on the property. I also did not locate a fire extinguisher. When I asked the owner about smoke alarms, he said they had been on order for 3 months. Why he hasn't gone into Home Depot and bought them off the shelf is perplexing. There's also a door in the kitchen with screws that poke out of it about 2 inches at the bottom. I sat something on the floor in front of it so no one would cut their foot or jam one of those screws into it.
It would be a fine place for a group of guys coming to hunt or fish, who don't mind the rough around the edges but, it's definitely not a safe place for anyone with children under the age of 10. Frankly, in its current condition, it's not really safe for anyone.

Not finished renovation
Overall good place to stay. Be careful though and expect to see anyone that not fully finished with its renovation. There are bare electrical cords exposed everywhere, no washer and dryer hookup, and overall just not finished. My kids both scratched themselves in a carpet nail on the stairs too. Maybe this is a good home for adults who can be wary of the hazards until the Reno is finished. Host was very communicative and apologized for the incorrect posting about the washer and dryer hookups. He was nice and responded quickly.
The property was amazing and had all the great amenities one could expect when staying on the San Juan! Dane was great and provided superb hospitality. Very polite and great communication! Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great fishing experience!!
This home had a lot of sleeping space, and very comfortable beds. We had 11 in our family and Still had 3 Queens, 1 Double Futon and 1 set of bunkbeds that we did not use. Conveniently located 15 mins from Lake Navajo Marina. I would highly recommend for large families. :)
