Our co-host Cathy has been a Poetry/Terrell TX resident for several decades. The home has been masterfully maintained and modernized while capturing the essence of what it means to live in the country. Poetry/Terrell have grown significantly in recent years. Such growth has brought modern conveniences, including fiber internet, to the area. We love the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, fresh air, and escape from the city, among many other things!

What makes this property unique

The home is a quintessential Texas countryside cottage, with sweeping pasture views. We recently replaced the entire HVAC system and offer guests a Nest thermostat with remote access. Additionally, we replaced the carpet in both bedrooms with premium ceramic tile. We have additional plans to continue improving the property, ensuring you have a memorable stay!
