Inside, you're welcomed by serene seaside decor. You will feel relaxed the minute you walk in. Downstairs is the open living, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, 4 barstools at the breakfast bar, and is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. The beautiful wood dining table has seating for 10. The living area has a big screen TV, canal views, and comfy seating. The master bedroom is downstairs, has a king bed, TV, canal views, and a luxurious ensuite master bath. The second bathroom and laundry room are downstairs as well.
The other three bedrooms are upstairs. All bedrooms have a TV. The first bedroom features 4 twin beds, games, books, and is the perfect space for the kiddos! The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has a king. The third bathroom is upstairs as well.

Grill the days catch while the kids fish from the dock or play in the fenced back yard under the beautiful oak tree. Enjoy the evening breeze with a cool beverage. Watch the kids get a kick out of feeding the friendly ducks that frequent the canal.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful time, we saw fish jumping and a dolphin in the canal. The only amenity we were missing was pool towels. Our family created so many memories we will cherish forever.

Perfect Girl Getaway Spot

We recently stayed for a girls' getaway and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The highlight for us was definitely the pool—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The views of the canal added a serene backdrop that made our stay even more enjoyable. Its location was also a big plus, being so close to Rockport meant we could explore the town easily. The house itself had a great floor plan, making it comfortable for all of us to have our own space. We were pleased to find the bedrooms well-appointed and cozy. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, though it's worth noting to bring along some spices if you're planning on cooking. It was a nice touch to have basic toiletries provided, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend.
