What makes this property unique
There is something for everyone, whether it is swimming, fishing, bird watching, or relaxing on the porch watching the sunset. You are four miles to Fulton Mansion and restaurants and five miles from the downtown shopping on S. Austin street. When you have finished exploring the shops, try one of the local restaurants or local winery in this area. The Rockport Beach, Little Bay, Rockport Harbor, and the festival grounds are less than six miles.
