Welcome to this fully renovated apartment, where comfort and functionality blend seamlessly with a refined decor in soft tones. Located on Rue Alain-René Lesage, on the first floor of a quiet building, you will be just a few minutes’ walk from the Port, the Vannes Market, and the Remparts Gardens. The charm of the old town awaits you right outside the building.

For everyday convenience, a large Carrefour City is located just 10 meters away, along with a bakery, tobacco shop, restaurants, and various local stores nearby.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need to cook, along with a large countertop and a dining area for your breakfasts.

The living room is bright and spacious, featuring a dining table for four, a comfortable sofa, and a large television. The apartment’s exposure allows for beautiful natural light throughout the day.

The two bedrooms, located on opposite sides of the apartment for added privacy, each feature a 140×190 bed, a smart TV, and storage space. One of the bedrooms provides access to Netflix and other streaming platforms, and also includes a small desk area—ideal for guests traveling with a laptop.

The bathroom, fully renovated, includes a shower, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Please note that we do not have a baby cot available on-site.

Pets may be accepted upon request only.

We kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, particularly by avoiding noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. Music and loud conversations should be kept to a minimum in the evening. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Please take care of the apartment as you would your own. It has been renovated with great care, and we truly value it. Parties and gatherings are not allowed. If you are staying with a pet (subject to prior approval), please ensure that no damage is caused.
