Extensive renovations and professional décor, with no expense spared, make this property a true gem. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean views and ocean breezes from the spacious penthouse patio and throughout the home. The oceanfront patio is where your family will spend much of their vacation; it is truly unique. Featuring an outdoor sofa and a dining table for six, it is the perfect spot to take in the beauty of the Island while watching ships navigate into the Charleston Harbor.
The interior of “The Seascape at 512” is striking. You will immediately notice the attention to detail and the property owner’s efforts to continuously make improvements. The living area is highlighted with large windows overlooking the ocean, bright beach artwork, tile flooring, large flat screen television, and furniture straight out of the pages of Coastal Living. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are featured in the kitchen, again with ocean views. “The Seascape at 512” offers three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a full private bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, oceanfront views, and ensuite luxurious bath. The lower level guest bedroom is spacious and is highlighted with a second king bed and bath. Finally, a spiral staircase takes your guests to a loft bedroom that features two double beds as well as a private bath and ocean views.
Seascape Villas is an outstanding facility in Wild Dunes. Seascape Villas has a very fine oceanfront swimming pool, easy parking, two elevators, and is only a one wood driver away from Links Golf Course Pro-shop.
Seascape has just completed an extensive two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, gorgeous new stucco work, improved elevators, beautiful landscaping and walkways, and more.

*Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Seascape pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

These condos have Great patios & views of the Ocean. Easy to get to Beach. Peaceful area. Pool is good also. Enjoyed every day at Beach & on Patio.

Great views, location, and tastefully decorated!
We loved the condo and location! It was beautifully decorated right down to the artwork on the walls with a fantastic view of the ocean as well. This was our first visit to IOP and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Better than expected!
Staying at 512 Seascape was better than expected. So clean and comfortable for all 6 adults. The ocean view was breathtaking and we loved spending family time on the large open deck. Will definitely stay there again!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was decorated beautifully and was very well maintained. The views of the ocean were stunning! We loved sitting, eating, and relaxing on the huge patio. The kitchen was fantastic and was well supplied with cooking utensils and equipment. We would HIGHLY recommend a stay here and can't wait to come back!
3 adult women wanted a girls trip. Each wanted her own bedroom. These condos can be hard to find, but this fit the bill! Beautiful view of the beach and huge deck. Wasn’t warm enough to enjoy it however. Would stay again.

Beautiful updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. The third BR/bath is up stairs in an exposed loft but that was not a people with for us.
The view of the ocean from the living room makes you feel like your on a cruise ship.
Very quiet and private area of Wild Dunes.
Onlu think I didn't like is that the Atlanta Ocean in SC always looks murky and grayish brown.
I wish they had this exact condo in Orange Beach AL where the sand is white and the ocean is turquoise blue.

It would have been awesome but was not for 2 reasons. 1. The listing did not say there would be scaffolding in our beach view. 2. There is no inside lock on the front door.

Overpriced and outdated. The air conditioning was not working at all. Dryer did not work. The place was not cleaned properly and poorly decorated.
The dirty glasses in the kitchen cabinet were not cleaned properly, you could see lipstick stains on some of them.
Very disappointing Memorial Day.

Not a typical VRBO.
The listing did mention construction on the South Tower (the one adjacent to where we stayed) so we knew there would be noise but we were not expecting the view (the main reason we selected to property) to be obstructed by a huge crane and scaffolding in addition to construction workers basically being on our balcony. In addition the AvantStay approach appears to be getting you to pay extra for stuff that is usual at a VRBO (ie beach chairs, beach towels, coffee filters, salt, etc). I'm pretty sure the ONLY things in the place were what was listed, except for the crane and the scaffolding. In addition the fit and finish of the place was seriously lacking. I don't think any of the towel racks or other stuff on the walls was properly secured and the main bathroom had a half painted door handle.

The condo was beautifully furnished and had an amazing view however, the stay wasn’t pleasant because of lack of maintenance to the property. The furnace was so loud none of us could sleep. Especially in the first room opposite it. Our youngest child barley slept the 7 days we stayed and had to keep bed hopping upstairs and with me and my husband. It was in great need of maintenance and honestly felt unsafe. The ice maker was broken as well as the Handel on the microwave. The master bedroom off the balcony had tons of dust under the bed and behind the nightstand that would kick up when trying to plug things in. The dryer vent flows out onto the deck and there was vent dust in clumps everywhere. The master sheet was also dirty, however then did change it the next day promptly at our request. The elevator to the building was terrifying. Again, in great need of maintenance, and we noticed had not been inspected since 2018.
It’s such a shame to have experienced the things we did because of the price, and view. We were extremely disappointed and won’t stay at another condo by beachside.
Very nice, clean property with amazing ocean views. Unit is quiet since it is top floor on the end. Kitchen is very well equipped, and there was more than enough space for our family of four. Would definitely return!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. Wild Dunes is so quiet and peaceful. It’s a great place to enjoy the ocean!

Property was in a secluded area. Took at least 20 minutes to get to grocery store and 30 minutes to restaurants. Golf course was closed.
View is absolutely stunning. Access to the beach can’t be beat. Unit is updated with beautiful granite kitchen and comfortable living room furniture. Beds comfortable!
Can’t say enough great things about our first Christmas at the beach here at Seascape 512. We will definitely be back over and over again.
