Lovely, well furnished chalet in "Avenue de L'Atlantique" in a very central Cap Ferret location, just behind the dune, everything is in walking distance. The idyllic dune plot offers 2 terraces (wooden deck) and a summer kitchen, the Cap Ferret feeling is guaranteed. Enclosed property, without vis-a-vis in a quiet location.
Living room with American kitchen, dining area, sofa, TV, wifi, and terrace. 2 bedrooms each with double bed 1.40m, shower room and toilet. Separate garden house (Cabane) with 2 bunk beds (4x single bed) and shower room.

Séjour parfait à deux pas de l’océan

Nous vous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, très bien équipée et chaleureuse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace abrité à l’extérieur, les vélos à disposition pour aller au marché et l’espace plancha. L’accès aux dunes à l’arrière de la maison est un vrai plus!

Location parfaite !

La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Nous avons profité pleinement de la terrasse, des bains de soleil, de tous les aménagements idéaux pour passer du bon temps en famille et entre amis. L'accès direct à l'océan est un avantage énorme. La maison est très bien située, dans un environnement calme, pour profiter encore mieux de ses vacances. Bref, nous avons tous été ravis (adultes et adolescents !) et songeons déjà à revenir ! Les procédures d'entrée et de sortie sont également très fluides et la communication a toujours été facile. Merci encore pour tout et surtout pour ces vacances magnifiques ! Morgane

Ein absoluter Genuss

Das Haus entsprach unseren Vorstellungen von einem authentischen Cap Ferret Erlebnis. Die relaxte Stimmung spiegelt sich hier absolut wieder. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gelungen, Sommerküche, total entspannter herrlicher Garten mit Dünensand (man hört den Ozean) und 2 Terrassen, dies bietet viel Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Zeitgenössische bequeme Einrichtung und ein separates Häuschen für unsere Teenies. Sehr empfehlenswert, dieser Aufenthalt hat sich gelohnt!
