Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure to clean up after you pets and dispose of (bagged) any waste in the outside trash. Ensure pet hair is removed from furniture and floors.
Set the thermostat to 78°F (cool) in summer or 68°F (heat) in winter. No glass or food should be left near the pool. Make sure the pool gate is securely closed.
Place recyclables in the blue recycling bin (clean, empty, and dry). Bag all household trash and place it in the outdoor green garbage bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

From the custom pool and waterfall to interior finish work and thoughtful design features, his craftsmanship helped bring so much of this home to life —work that still stands strong nearly two decades later.
