This property has a completely fenced in backyard with a swing to enjoy the outside under a large oak tree.

2 fishing Kayaks provided in the backyard next to the patio for your enjoyment. Cruise to view EPIC SUNSET VIEWS or simply paddle around the lake to look at all the wildlife or go bass fishing.

Access to a Paddle Board ALSO!

Make sure you make it out to the sandbar and bring your umbrella ;) This can be an exciting experience. Contact us so we can lead you there!

Rooms are private and provide a cozy place to wind down with blackout curtains, ideal for sleeping in!

Dressers are in the closets of the 2 main bedrooms, the bunk room has a small closet with shelf.

One bathroom with a tub is located by the 2 main rooms towards the front of the house.

Another bathroom is located in the back of the house with an entrance from the dining room and also an entrance from the bunk room for extra privacy.

The fence is has large enough gates that will open wide enough to drive ATV's/Side by Side's.

EV Charging and Charging for RV if needed.

Boat ramp is located just a couple houses down on our street to put your boat or jet skis for your lake enjoyment.

Back for another stay

Second time at this house. Great location for access to multiple lakes and public boat ramps, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The house was very clean, well stocked and in good condition.

Peaceful getaway

This was a halfway meeting point for some family time. Home was super clean, quiet, and have everything needed. Exactly what we needed. The property owner responded to all requests immediately. Highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing weekend

This place is very spacious and very very clean compared to most. Everything you could need. Could easily sleep 7 in beds. Although we had no need for all the rooms.

Wife to a great husband and a mother of 2 wild but wonderful kids. Grew up in South Florida. Love being on the water and spending time with my family.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting Lake Huntley for years and have always loved it. From the fun on the water to the tranquil days/nights spent just soaking in the outdoors. Love being on the lake with our ski boat pulling the kids, wake surfing and hanging out on the sandbar! This place has always been our home away from home.

What makes this property unique

The front porch many times has a Coral Sky Sunset that is quite amazing. Many special moments have been made here with great conversations with family and friends sharing personal experiences from the days on the lake and great BBQ cookouts.
