About this property

At the 1/2 Nest you will enjoy being steps from the beach and all the downtown restaurants and shops. An early morning walk to the beach and you will see the most amazing sunrises over the ocean. A couple of blocks the other way and you can visit the library, local park.

We are nestled half way between Daytona Beach and St Augustine. Take a trip south to the Daytona International Speedway & drive on the famous Daytona Beach. Or drive north to see the historic city of St Augustine. There you can take a trolley tour and walk the shops on St George Street. You can go to Orlando for the day and experience one of the many amusement parks they have including Disney.

We offer a 1 or 2 bedroom cottage depending on your needs. We also have garage space available for an additional fee for motorcycles.

Our 1 bedroom cottage offers a king size bed and a relaxing living room with a writing desk and chair incase you have to catch up on emails while you are away. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove top and microwave/convection oven.
There is an outside deck that is shared by both properties for outdoor dining.

The following items are available and shared by both cottages:
2 bikes, 2 boogie boards & beach chairs
Each cottage is equipped with:
2 yoga mats, books, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels, TP, basic spices

Host was outstanding!! Just had to sweep off deck no big deal. Bed firm but I have back issues. Everything you need for place was there. Toilet paper-paper towels-shampoo-conditioner- bath soap- extra trash bags- salt-pepper-list goes on. Just a little walk to beach and local restaurants. Enjoy the deck (private). Excellent vacation! Thank you!

Perfect for two & a puppy

I have never stayed anywhere that had all amenities down to paper clips on the desk & hand lotion not only in bathroom but also in bedroom.

The NEST was a perfect getaway

Very clean and comfortable . So close to beach and all activities . Came for bike weekend short distance to all the crazy fun but far enough for some quiet time . Flagler beach is a perfect place to visit . The use of the garage was awesome for bike . WILL be back next year . Gary A
