Quiet Flagler Beach, nestled between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. Bright 2-BR oceanfront home with cable TV, internet, ceramic tile. Fully furnished, full kitchen, patio, screened porch, laundry, outdoor shower, 2 bicycles. NO SMOKING. Complete with stocked kitchen, linens. We are a short walk to the closest beach walkover.
This unit is the bottom floor of the home and is completely separate. The upstairs is a separate listing. Separate outdoor spaces for both units. This unit has its own patio and screened porch. There are shared laundry facilities.
UPDATES: The property has recently changed owners, the new owners are working diligently to improve the amenities. We have painted and changed some of the furniture. Please feel free to suggest anything you think would make the space better, we love our guest's input!
Kitchen stocked with basic condiments, dishes, glasses, silverware for 4 guests, pots and pans. All bed linens and towels for 4. Beach towels, Beach Chairs, Sand toys, Boogie Boards, Beach wagon. We have two old but usable bikes that you can use.
There is no smoking allowed on the property.

We are both transplants from the North - NJ and PA born and raised - both with the dream of a "small beach" lifestyle. Flagler Beach is a quiet "old Florida" town with 2 traffic lights and lots of great places to eat, shop and explore. There aren't many towns left on the Florida Coast that haven't been invaded by the chain stores and restaurants. Only mom and pops here!!
