Plerin, 2-bedroom house with a large terrace and parking in the yard

Close to the town centre and main roads, in a quiet, family-friendly residential area, I invite you to come and stay on our beautiful coast in the house (formerly my grandmother's) that I have lovingly renovated and extended. Ker Men will offer you the peace and conviviality you dream of! The house dates from the 1980s with a 2022 extension and is composed as follows: Entrance hall, open-plan kitchen, dining room, living room, dressing room, WC, garage/laundry room. Upstairs, a mezzanine landing (office/dressing room), two bedrooms, a bathroom, WC. Terrace, courtyard parking, and a garden with no overlooking neighbors! You're guaranteed to fall in love with the terrace, believe me! Enjoy your stay in my childhood home, Carmen's house, also known as Ker Men. (Bed linen and towels provided, no extra charge)
