Welcome to our well-maintained apartment for a maximum of 4 people, directly on the sea in the charming coastal town of Sukošan, just 10 km south of Zadar.

The modern holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a private holiday home and offers you a spacious terrace with sea view, two comfortable bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a private bathroom, as well as a cosy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette.

The 23 m² terrace offers sufficient space for relaxed outdoor meals - with a direct view of the sea and the private boat dock, where smaller boats (up to 5 HP) can dock (mooring fee separately).

🌿 The well-maintained garden with Mediterranean planting and barbecue facilities ensures a relaxing atmosphere. Two shady parking spaces are available on the enclosed property.

The popular family beach "Dječji raj (Children's Paradise)" is only about 200 m away - a gently sloping sandy/gravel beach with clear water, ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity: cafés, pedal boat rental, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants.

Pets are not allowed.
