PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This beautiful property is located in the tranquil resort of "Lumbarda", about 7 km from Korcula town, on the Dalmatian island of the same name. Lumbarda is known for its idyllic landscape of vineyards, the beautiful sandy beaches and the surrounding crystal clear sea. Korcula itself is one of the sunniest and most lush islands in the Mediterranean, and offers countless hidden bays a lot of leisure, excursion and sightseeing opportunities.

The very manageable and extremely well maintained property is located directly on the sea and offers 3 apartments in the main house for 2-5 persons, as well as a slightly secluded detached bungalow for 4 persons. The natural bay of Lumbarda in front of the house offers an idyllic view and serves as a small harbor for private boat owners.

A parking lot for 4 cars belongs to the property. The extremely friendly landlords live next door and are available for questions and suggestions. Upon request and by arrangement, breakfast is also available. You can wash your laundry with us for a reasonable fee.

If you want to bring your boat, there are several free boat berths in front of the house. All accommodations of the property offer 4 * comfort with modern facilities and leave little to be desired. The 3 apartments of the main house (A1, A2 and A3) have satellite TV, sea views and internet (WiFi). All bedrooms and living rooms are air conditioned.

The small air-conditioned holiday home belonging to the property is in no way inferior. A lot of space around the property and a barbecue is available to guests of the house. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests.
From their own production, the landlords offer the local white wine "Grk" as well as a red wine called "Plavac" for sale. There are also olive oil and herbal brandy.

The entire tourist infrastructure is located in walking distance with a maximum duration of 5 minutes, whether you want to pizzeria, for swimming, for shopping or to the bank.
