Wonderful History and Great Location

Brownstone was quaint with lots of space. 4 good bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Short walk to river and 9-11 memorial. Host was quick to help us with entry despite being out of town for the holiday. Wonderful book documenting the history of the Brownstone. Family loved it.

Great location and easy access to subway. Host could do a lot more to improve the condo (i.e. decent pillows, soft sheets and blankets, soft toilet paper, hooks in bathroom. Really liked the condo and how close it was to everything!
