Our accommodation is particularly suitable for family reunions or a vacation for several families, but of course also for romantic togetherness and relaxation - everyone will find what they are looking for ...

The private plot of over 7000m² in the "Nature Conservation Park Westensee", located directly at the Westensee, offers many opportunities for athletes, hikers, cyclists, dreamers, adventurers, nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts and those in need of relaxation. On the in-house jetty, with senior-friendly bathing stairs, rowing boats and Canadians are ready for excursions and explorations on the lake and the Eider and there are three children's life jackets in different sizes.
The fire and grill area is located between the main house and garden shed and is extremely popular. A "normal" grill is ready and a nice three-leg grill can be placed over the campfire.
If the weather is not so good, there is nothing better than cooling off in the lake after a sauna session. The property is fenced due to the terrain only 90% and up to a maximum of 4 dogs are allowed free of charge. Camping (to a limited extent) is allowed on the property, so there is nothing standing in the way of a small camping adventure with the children. Due to nature conservation reasons, motorhomes and camping buses may only be parked on the upper property.
For the little ones there is a solid wooden and a movable metal soccer goal in the meadow and springball equipment as well as a boules game. Or the juniors can let off steam on the outdoor table tennis table, the children's play house or the swing.

The open kitchen with lake view merges into the dining hall. In summer, the winter garden is ideal for cozy evenings. In the living room there is a TV with a DvD player and a wood-burning stove, for which firewood is always at hand behind the house.
Countless board games and books are also available for hours, or you can "carve" in the handicraft workshop available. The house and property are regularly inhabited and lovingly maintained by the family themselves. It is a private rental that does not belong to any "large rental companies".
When renting the property, you are basically free to use the entire property and all buildings with complete inventory for unlimited use, except for a locked private storage room. When you arrive you will have the feeling that a family lived there until a few days ago, because you will find everything you could need in a household. It will definitely be a relaxing vacation of a special kind that you will always like to think back on!

When viewing the photos, please note the sleeping arrangements;

Everyone has to know which sleeping facilities can be used and how! To equate the parents-in-law or grandparents on the mattress deck would be e.g. B. less recommendable. Therefore, as a precautionary measure, a maximum of 10 adults and 5 children.
In fact >>> both buildings <<< with maximum utilization have 12 bed places for adults + 1 short cot & 7 mattresses (1x140 wide) on the two mattress decks.

The limited usability of the garden house is one of the many, many reasons for the clear high and low season price difference. At temperatures below 5-10 ° C, overnight stays in the garden shed are not recommended, but a fan heater is available.

Minimum stay also in the low season 7 days, otherwise it would only be rented on weekends and we expressly do not want any parties, bowling club meetings (or similar) and events on the property. Hence the minimum age of the main tenant of 25 years. Dignified family reunions and celebrations are of course no problem.

Unannounced visits and generally entering the property are of course prohibited without authorization - please contact the landlord if you would like something in advance.
