Description:
Experience the breathtaking sights and soothing sounds of the emerald blue ocean from the comfort of this charming studio. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by panoramic ocean views, available around the clock, from the comfortable king bed to the well-appointed kitchen complete with a coffee maker, dishes, pots, dishwasher, and front-load washer/dryer.
Convenient beach access allows you to stroll directly onto the sand, and when you return, several shower stations are available.
Majestic is in the central part of PCB, which is perfect for exploring attractions and dining options from east to west. Within a mile, you'll find Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Wonder Works, mini-golf courses, and a zoo where you can feed giraffes. There are plenty of dining choices nearby, including bakeries, diners, pizza places, Waffle House, Applebee’s, and fine dining. For shopping, there are beach and surf shops, Walmart, and Publix a short distance away. Pier Park is just a ten-minute drive, offering shops, restaurants, and great views from the Skywheel Ferris Wheel. Plus, it's convenient for airport travel.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Folding the blankets is thoughtful. However, it makes us think they have not been used. We want to avoid any confusion.
Please leave beds unmade and used towels, bedding as they are. If you used extra bedding from the closet, just leave it out. Thank you for making it easy for us to know what to launder!
Our housekeeper does all the laundry
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING or VAPING or PET in the unit or balcony. Evidence of violations result in a $300 fine. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund.
The number of people in the unit should match the reservation. We have rights to cancel your reservation otherwise.
Please return pool wrist bands and gym card. There is a $ 15 fee each if missing.

Everything was amazing. We slept with the door open to the balcony and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. I understand why they have tile instead of carpet but getting into bed each night would track dirt onto the sheets. I would put a rug or something at each side of the bed to wipe your feet before climbing in. Thats the only thing I would change. Kitchen had everything we needed, full size fridge. Super convenient having a washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend.

Great condo! Perfect for a couple looking to get away. Absolutely fantastic location on the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Gorgeous views of the beach! Probably one of the best things about the property was there was never any waiting for the elevators. In addition, the elevators seemed super fast.

Love it! Our forever vacation home

We had a great time, the room had everything we needed. It’s right on the beach , all access points were easy to find, parking was easy and elevators were not to crowded. The room was beautiful and spacious. The property owner stayed in contact with me and answered all my questions honestly and in quickly. We came to this area in 2021 first to Mexico Beach and then to Panama City Beach . It is only 5 hours drive from Atlanta, which is our permanent home. We come often to enjoy the area and personally maintain our condo in Majestic PCB and townhome in Mexico Beach. We respect and value our housekeepers, who our main partners in handling our properties.

We love the size of the city. It is big enough to have plenty of nice restaurants, entertainment, airport, and shopping. At the same time, it is a smaller city with a simpler lifestyle - comfortable living.

The color of the water in Panama City Beach is amazing. We could not say no to this area.
