The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher.

The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (1 queen – 160x200, 4 simple beds 90x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Both bedrooms with single beds each have two single beds that can be pushed together. Storage space is available for your convenience.

The accommodation has two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and toilet, and the second with a shower. A washing machine is available for added convenience.
There is also a separate WC.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
