We had the best week

The house was absolutely beautiful. It's big enough for everyone to have their own space and spread out. We loved all the amenities especially the ice machines. That was an added bonus. The only thing we missed was a piece of furniture in basement bedrooms to put our clothes in and ceiling fans. We can't wait to book again for next year. Lake Keowee is a beautiful location to vacation.

This is an excellent property for a lakeside getaway. It is very clean, appears upgraded, and is well-maintained. We encountered no issues with the host or the property itself. There was an abundance of cutlery and appliances provided. As expected, there were plenty of supplies available, so we did not need to purchase additional items like trash bags. The only issue we experienced involved the hot water in the bathroom; the shower tap requires a very specific angle to provide hot water. Some of our party were unable to adjust it correctly and simply went without. Whenever we encountered an issue during our stay, we contacted the host, who sent a technician to assist us in a timely manner.

Great family reunion

The house was great for a family reunion, ages 13 months to 91 yrs old! We rented a boat and had a great time on the lake. Home was beautiful and we’d love to go back!

Great home for friends and family to enjoy time together yet the home is large enough to get alone time if needed. Beautiful views of the lake. Close to Clemson. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this home! We had friends, family and four children under age 3. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the house had everything we needed! It was the perfect house for our group and we look forward to staying here again.

Family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving. The home was spacious with lots of seating and places to watch games and just be together as a family. Each of the bedrooms were comfortable and private. Outside porches were plentiful and comfortable. Provided supplies and utensils were more than adequate. We had a wonderful stay.

Family Reunion

We had an amazing family reunion for a week at the Honeysuckle Retreat! We had family members ranging in ages from 1yr to 72 yrs. We are from all over the USA, from Maine to California and many states in between. We loved the lake, walking around Clemson, golfing and just relaxing in the lake. This home is gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of! We've met annually for many, many years, all over the country and everyone said this was the best location of all. The property managers were extremely helpful all along the way. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful week!
