Welcome to this beautiful 112 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to shops, restaurants and transport links, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table for 4, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery, and a dishwasher. There is also a washer-dryer for added convenience.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (double – 140x190 and 2 simple 90x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience.

The accommodation has two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and toilet, and the second with a shower. There is also a separate WC.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

You also have access to a parking spot in the building's garage.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
