Welcome home to the best of the best! This custom-built residence was completed in January 2022 and is adorned to the finest details in a chic coastal cottage style that truly captures the Naples lifestyle that surrounds it.

This is not your standard Naples Park vacation rental; this custom-designed home features an incredible, open floor plan with the entire rear wrapped in lush landscaping and an oversized screened-in pool.

This property includes 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms (3 king-sized beds, 4 twin bunk beds), 4 baths, and a voluminous living and dining room area that boasts a gourmet kitchen and an expansive waterfall island.

The exterior living space rivals the interior square footage, featuring an outdoor dining area that seats 8, complete with a Napoleon gas grill, an outdoor living room area that includes a fireplace and flat-screen TV, and 4 chaise loungers to soak up the sun!

The garage is stocked with 5 adult bikes (one tandem), complete with locks and baskets, beach chairs that can be transported on our oversized wagon, beach blankets, a cooler, a folding table, and various beach and pool toys for the kids.

We are located less than a mile from the beach!

We had an amazing time in Naples and the house was a great places to stay in a great locatioon. The hosts were great with communication. The house was decorated beautifully and had all things you could ask for. Very pet friendly. Pool and hot tub were great too.

We are four adult males who have an annual golf outing that rotates between Palm Springs and Naples. The four bedroom/bath configuration worked well. North Naples was a great location for golf, restaurants, and liquor.

What a week!

We had a lovely week at this home in Naples Park. The house was pristine, comfortable, well organized, and in a great location. It came with all the essentials in the kitchen, pool, beach gear etc. Very close to Vanderbilt beach, however, it was a bit crowded so we found another beach about 15 minutes away. Close to many great restaurants and attractions. The pool was perfect- great size, warm, and big enough for the kids to play and the adults to enjoy the lanai watching them. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious- crisp and clean linens and plenty of extras. We had a week of perfect weather in March- we would gladly return as the host was super helpful, responsive, and accomodating thank you Nilsa!
